We believe in Simple Pricing. You won’t find complex bundles, hidden coupons, or "buy X get Y" math here. Here is everything you need to know about how we price our products:

Early Bird Rewards (Pre-orders): We reward early supporters with a scaling price model. Usually, items start at 20% OFF during the initial pre-order phase, move to 10% OFF as time passes, and return to Original Retail Price once they are in stock.

Why Prices Might Increase: Adjustments only happen if we made a clerical error in the initial listing (e.g., under-calculating shipping costs) or because restocking costs rise. Specifically, once our initial stock is sold out, the cost of sourcing additional units is often significantly higher, which will be reflected in the updated price.

Price Correction (Overcharge): If an item is incorrectly listed at a higher price—which occasionally happens with non-standard items due to weight calculation errors—we will adjust the price and proactively refund the difference to affected customers.

No Hidden Discounts: The price you see is the best price. We do not run flash sales or sitewide promotions—the best time to buy is always as early as possible.

The currency we use is the U.S. dollar.

All our prices are USD prices and the currency used is US Dollars. However we support Visa, MasterCard credit card payments and Paypal payments, the currency will be converted automatically.

Why can't I find a specific official product in your store?

There are generally two reasons for this. First, certain products are not listed due to shipping restrictions. Second, we do not offer items that are part of exclusive collaborations or limited releases.

How are mixed orders shipped?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.

You can refund anytime before shipment.

Accepted Answer

We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

Delivery Time

Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time

Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery.

Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.
